Your claim must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date, and within 24 hours of booking on this website.
If the newly discovered lower hotel rate qualifies, we will adjust your reservation to reflect the lower rate and will give you an additional 10% off that rate. This Guarantee is not valid on Group rates, Package rates, Advance rates, or Inclusive rates other special rates.
