Railtown 1897 State Historic Park is hosting an event that will ignite childhood passion and restore and strengthen magic in the heart. The Polar Express Train Ride is coming to Jamestown! Ride the Polar Express to the North Pole, enjoying Christmas as all true believers do! Become immersed in the enchanting wonder of the season aboard the train, enjoying hot-chocolate, cookies and all the spectacular charm of the season as the train takes its hour long journey to the home of the big man himself, Santa, where all believers will receive the magical sleigh bell as “the first gift of Christmas.”

32nd Annual Las Posadas Nativity Procession
Come out to Columbia State Historic Park for a Spanish tradition that re-enacts the biblical story of Mary and Joseph’s search for shelter with a distinctive 1850s flavor. Main Street will be decorated for the Christmas season and luminaire will light the way while on-lookers hold candles and join in singing Christmas carols. Columbia All Equestrian Christmas Parade
Come Join us! This all equestrian parade up Columbia State Park’s Main Street is open to all ages of equine riders/drivers. Everyone is encouraged to bring an unwrapped toy for the toy drive benefiting ATCAA’s Housing Families Program. Judging is at 9 am, parade is at 11 am sharp. Parade entries must be received by December 5.
