1. How many people can stay in a room? Can you accommodate special request?
a.) Some room types can accommodate up to 4 persons. Children under 12 years of age are free in their parent's room. A 3rd or 4th person charge may apply to guest 12 years and older. Rollaway beds and cots are available in some hotels.
b.) We try our best to honor special request, however, reservations are confirmed by room category only. Special request such as connecting or adjoining rooms, cribs, cots, late check-outs or specific room number cannot be guaranteed.
2. Do you have a wheelchair accessible guest rooms?
Yes, most of our hotels have wheelchair accessible guest rooms but they are very limited. Please book in advance and ask the front desk if it is still available.
3. When is Check-in & Check-out time?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive early, we will try our best to accommodate you. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
4. What if the hotel is fully booked when I want to visit?
Chances are we have sister hotels near the area that we can refer you to. If not, we will be glad to refer you to other hotels in the area that will meet your needs.
5. Where do I park and how much will it cost me?
All of our hotels in California have a parking lot or garage that can be easily accessible next to the hotel. Parking is absolutely free!
6. Does the hotel offer any special packages for guest?
Yes! We have a variety of packages available throughout the hotels in California. From romance package to golf, waterpark, local attractions, and more!
7. How do I cancel a reservation?
If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, please read the cancellation policy section indicated in your reservation. Please make sure you call the hotel property right away and your reservation information handy. Reservations that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance are subject to a "No Show" fee on your credit card for the total price of the first night reserved. If you book a special rate called "Advance 7 day Booking" with a large discount, these reservations are non-refundable.
8. Do you offer high-speed internet access?
Yes! We offer complimentary high-speed wireless internet access to all of our guest rooms and suites. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi in all meeting rooms and public areas throughout the hotel.
9. What is the minimum age requirement to check into a guest room at your hotel?
Guest must be at least 18 years of age to register at any of our hotels. Although some hotels have a policy of at least 21 years old. Please call the hotel's front desk to verify.
10. Until what time will the hotel keep my room reserved on the internet?
Reservations you made on the internet, which is guaranteed by your credit card number, ensures your room reservation up to 11 am check-out time the next day regardless of your arrival time.
11. Do I have to give my credit card number to book online?
Yes, your credit card number is required to register and guarantee your reservation on the internet and with the hotel.
12. Can I book a room for someone else using my credit card? I'm not checking in.
Yes, please contact the property directly to fill out a credit card authorization form prior to their arrival date. This will ensure a more smooth transaction for the guest checking in without your presence and credit card.
13. If we use a credit card to book our reservation, can we use cash to pay when we check-in?
Yes! You may use cash upon check-in and use the credit card for incidentals.
14. If I have a military and an AARP/AAA membership card. Can I get combined discounts on all?
Unfortunately guest cannot combined discounts, you may choose one of the largest discount and need to show proof of your military/AAA/AARP membership discount to the front desk upon check-in.
15. What if I arrive very late in the morning, can I still stay for just half the price of the room since I didn't stay all night?
Unfortunately guest will still have to pay the full amount of the night's stay since we've held the room for you for the whole night and didn't rent it out even if you stayed partially. Even if you don't have any reservation and just walked in and stayed before 6 a.m, we will still need to charge you for the whole night's stay since we still have to turn over the room after you check out on the same morning.
16. How can I hear back from the hotel in regards to discounts and promotions?
All of our hotels have a Let's Keep in Touch (LKIT) program that guest can sign up with their email address. Go to the locations page at Locations and select the hotel. Then click on the 'Sign-up for Exclusive Offers' that looks like this: signup for exclusive offers with heritage hotel group"
